Estimates suggest that 11,500 tech startups in India would be generating around 3.5 lakhs jobs in India by 2020. This transformative environment will establish Indian domination in high tech areas like Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality, smart hardware, business intelligence and more.

National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) aims to foster entrepreneurship and build entrepreneurial know-how. So the program called 10k Startups was started in 2013 to help 10K startups in India within the next 10 years.
Nasscom provides startups that are listed in 10k startup program with a holistic work setting wherein people with great knowledge banks, experience and ideas mentor entrepreneurs to continuously improve various vital aspects of their business.
Indian startups struggle with the product UI/UX (user interface/user experience), they also do not perform well in retaining customers and analyzing the customer behavior. So Nasscom plans to start a Startup School, a one-stop skill development center for Indian entrepreneurs with structured curriculum, archives of business models and audio-video library of speeches of business leaders.
